You receive another set upon beginning the quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine. You receive this as your first set of clothes in Helgen during the first quest Unbound. This type of Ragged Trousers is a bloody version added by Dawnguard. Carried by Chief Larak, Borgakh the Steel Heart, Bagrak, Arob, and others. Worn by Sinding, Jiub, Ghamorz, Dulug, and others. Sold at Radiant Raiment during Fit for a Jarl. Cannot be obtained without console commands or modding. Can be found in one of the shelves inside the East Empire Company Warehouse in Solitude. Carried by Brand-Shei, Maven Black-Briar, General Tullius, Mercer Frey, and others. Worn by Gestur Rockbreaker, Rhorlak, Louis Letrush, Camilla Valerius, Una, and others. These cover both your upper and lower body, and cannot be worn together with primary armor. Clothing items do not provide any armor wearing them doesn't improve the armor rating.
